Graphic issue (box in the top-left corner)

Hello,

so far, I've used PCSX2 for lego star wars and crash twinsanity and for both of these games I have the same graphic issue, there's a "box" in the top-left corner with what looks like the shaders of the game, if I were to guess, the shaders are not getting placed were they're supposed to

I've tried software mode and it worked but the frames drops and I don't think I have a dual core, so is there any other way to fix this?
