Graphical Issues with Budokai Tenkaichi 3
#1
I just downloaded PCSX2 v.1.4.0 and the first game I tried was DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

At first it was running a little bit slow, but when it got to the fight it was worst, like 30% speed. After searching some settings for the game, I could make the game to run faster but still the fight part was slow like 50%. I tried changing some things but nothing.

PLEASE, I am really tired of trying and I just want to play this piece of gold in my laptop.

I don't have a fast laptop:
8Gb RAM
IntelCore I3
2.53Ghz
64bits

You can try my settings if you want , PCSX2 1.2.1 (I found it to be faster on laptop)
Plugin : GSdx 0 AVX 0.1.16 (usually the first in that version)

Open Emulation settings , set EE cycle to 3 and VU cycle to 2.
You set Frame to Draw to 2 and Frame to Skip to 1 but only do it if you still get bad speed.
Open video settings , set your Intel HD graphics or dedicated if you have one. Tick resolution to native.

Make sure your laptop is set to high performance in power options , also try plugging it and then see. Best of luck , hopefully it'll work , it isn't much demanding pcsx2 game.

That early model does have a bios that is known to cause problems with pcsx2.
