It does that in Direct3D9 (Hardware Mode) - Direct3D11 (Hardware Mode) and F9 (to Software Mode) work fine.

Ok DX11 hardware fixes (as far as I know) some of the texture errors I was experiencing. The software mode of both dx9/dx11 is slow as hell.

of course, you need good specs to use software mode....
