Graphicproblems with Final Fantasy X-2

I wanted to play Final Fantasy X-2 hours ago, but I have two problems.

1) Knows somebody a patch that skip all videos from the european/german version of the game?

2) Atfer hours of testing I found a setting that works with maximum FPS. But also now I have massive graphical bugs. .__. It would be nice if you could help me. Thank you!
