Graphics Issue on opening cutscene for Kingdom Hearts

I know I've read about this problem before on the forum but I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know how to get rid of the screwed up textures at the top and bottom of the intro (and final) cutscene for kingdom hearts. I beat the entire game and those 2 parts is all I found wrong . I've attached a picture so you guys know what I'm talking about. I've tried both pcsx2 .9.6 and the latest public beta.

Plugins:
GSdx 1873 SSE41 (DirectX 10 - Hardware)

Computer specs:
Windows 7 Beta build 7077
Core 2 duo e8400 3.0Ghz
4 GB ram
nvidia 9600GT

Use a (software) renderer in GSdx to get ride of the bars (can switch to it while playing with F9).

Thanks! That did the trick. Is there anyway to switch back to hardware render? I tried pressing F9 again but I don't think it did anything.
