Graphics doesnt render well/ grey parts

I downloaded Okami for pcsx2 14.0 and when I get to the gameplay some parts of the game are grey and get glitchy. I also have persona 4 on this emulator and that renders fine. When I press f9 the grey parts and glitches disappear but then the game gets really slow and bad.
