Graphics glitches during high resolution with hack

Some games (here’s the example of yakuza 2) make a big vertical line (in the middle of the screen only) or some horizontal and vertical lines during game or some cinematics when u put over native PS2 resolution and put Half-pixel Offset hack and Round sprite hack (but these hacks are needed to get a correct sprites display)
Check the attached pictures for a real understanding 
Is it possible to fix it ?

in the plugin settings menu, don't set any custom Resolution (x Native works) and enable "Align Sprite" hack in the HW Hacks menu. enable any other hack in this menu can make the lines to back.

I try to enable "Align Sprite", but the option is unchecked automatically.
