Grey out Texture filtering and Interlacing on Null

The Grey out of Texture filtering and Interlacing on Null is temporary or permanet ?
Why  not remove it if it's temporary ?

If you're talking about the GSnull plugin (if there even is one) or the "None (Core Benchmark)" renderer, those grey out because they do nothing. Not sure what else there is to say here.
