Have you tried this:
   
My PCSX2 Rig:Windows XP x32 & Windows 7 x64.

Zero GS DOES work. When I used it, it loaded up the FFX intro where they are all sitting down, but there was a lot of landscape missing.

Hmm, the only way I can imagine that happened is if the GS window position is off screen.
Try deleting the PCSX2.ini and see if that helps.

There is a setting in the plugin config to use the FFX Landscape hack. IT will bring it all back.

Ok so the FFX hack works for Zero thanks! Where is the pcsx2.ini located?

In the "inis" folder
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit
