Gta 3 make some problem

Im play the gta 3 in pcsx2 with almost solid 60fps with no speed problem game run preety well ..and sound as well as good but my problem starts when i play the game they give minor graphic gliches is it normal

Select direct 3D10 hardware.speed will be little slow.but u will see less graphical glitches.if it doen't solve u'r problem.select direct 3D9 hardware.enble Hw Hacks-configure-tick first Four.try skipdraw,put value from 1-3.see if it helps!!

I play this game on PCSX2 from time to time, maxed out.

And i haven't come across any glitches.
