I downloaded GTA: VCS but I only have 20-25 fps in gameplay and in cut-scenes 18-20. Whats config i need to get a 40 or 50 fps ?

Physical RAM = 3579 MB
CPU name = Intel® Pentium® CPU G6950 @ 2.80GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 02)
