Guitar Hero 2 FPS and Lag Issue

The game without speedhacks seems to only run around the 80% range, and regardless of what mode I run in (even in Practice Mode) or what speedhacks I use there are always random lags. Help!

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I’m trying to play Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero II, and Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80’s, all from ISOs.

I guess it'll be fine once you get a decent CPU.
That ones far too weak to play those games without speedhacks

Well, I have a laptop, so I should I just upgrade my old Windows XP desktop computer? Or should I just get a new computer altogether?
