Guitar Hero II slow downs

Hey guys, I'm having slow downs (% speed and FPS drops from what I can see) in Guitar Hero II mostly when hitting long notes (maybe it's because a special scene). I've tried many configurations, even switching to dev build and still no case. I have a Ryzen 3550H mini PC and this makes me wonder if my PC is enough to run this game. I'm attaching emu log just in case anyone can help me. Thanks in advance!

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
