For whatever reason the console gets filled up with red text saying there's an error then it crashes. Any help?

You haven't decrypted the codes yet or incorrectly decrypt the codes, no wonder it crashes.
Anyway, these codes are weird, I tried to decrypt it myself using Omniconvert with every input formats, but none of the resulting codes makes sense.
Where did you get these codes from?

Okay, I think I've understand what's going on here.

You've tried to convert an already encrypted CBv7+ codes into an another format, which was encrypted too.
PCSX2 didn't support any forms of encrypted codes, you must decrypt it as raw codes.
So next time, make sure the omniconvert's output were set to "Raw/Unencrypted"
