this kind of issuee is generally caused by a high internal res used in 2D games.
set internal res to native, and it should be ok.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
