HELP!

[Dartz]

I downloaded dbz budokai tenkaichi 3 and spent 2 days trying to run it i get like 200 fps on loading and intro but in game it gets down 2 17. I have a hp laptop with these specifications:

Intel®Core™i7 CPU Q720 @1.60GHZ
3.00 gb ram
Windows 7 64 bit
1gb Nvidia 320m
