HELP!!

I m too much disappointed by pcsx2 bcz my games lag too much and fps stays b/w 20-30.. it doesnt move above 35!
i am fed up of watching videos on youtube n all.
please help me guys!

My Computer's config-
processor- intel core 2 duo 2.40 ghz
32 bit system
Ram- 3 gb
Graphic card- Nvidia Geforce GT 630

By the way.. fps in startup, it reaches upto 60.. but when playing the game it doesnt even reach 35

Your cpu is old and weak, but you may get a few games to run at playable speed.
