[HELP] Corrupted memcards and asking to format everytime enter a game

I'm crying right now, my memcard corrupted. there is a save data contain Persona 3 Fes, Yakuza, etc2 which i've been playing for 100hours maybe
is there any way i can restore my memcard? i tried to open it with mymc and it looks like this.

I never use savestates etc2. I keep all my setting default

Just start the game and the console title bar will tell you what I need
