HELP DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

OK, I'm trying to play Spy vs. Spy but, It'll run at '60' frames in certain areas and, then it will drop and, I don't know how to setup the specs for it to prevent this from happening to play crystal clear. I've been searching for the best way to set this up for weeks now and, I don't know what to do!!!!
My Specs are,
Graphics, GTX Geforce 1050TI 
Processor, AMD FX™- 8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
Installed RAM, 8.00 GB
Direct X11
VRAM 4.00 GB

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
