[HELP] I can't run the game

hey guys...
i'm kinda new here and noob at this stuff... but eager to learn...

i'm wondering why i'm getting these error messages... i know i'm missing something but just couldn't get it.. can somebody help me please, i would really appreciate it?? please see attachment..


is my spec probably the problem? (kinda low):
Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.8GHz
1GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT

*I'm running a VISTA O.S.

Rightclick pcsx2.exe > run as administrator.
Alternatively disable UAC, a feature that prohibits an application to write into it's own installation directory (awesome, isn't it?).

I just noticed something.. the game runs slow as well as the sounds.. is this normal for my spec..?

Yes, your specs are pretty low for PCSX2. You would get better performance if you overclocked your CPU to 2.6+ Ghz. Your graphics card is also weak.

You could try using the latest beta version and speed hacks. Use GSdx graphics plugin and D3D 10 Hardware mode. Tick Native resolution. Burn an ISO image of the disc and use the Linuz ISO cdvd plugin if you aren't already.
