HELP I can't uninstall the program

So I already looked at other tutorial on how to uninstall the PCSX2 but it doesn't work. I can't find it in the control panel as well as in my computer settings. I downloaded the program from the official website.

you can delete the folder directly.
It doesn't register anything in registry anyways
