[HELP] Lag Problems with PCSX2 & DBZ Buokai Tenkaichi 3

I am Using PCSX2 0.9.8 (r4600)
In the Gameplay Mode , Dragon Ball z Budukai tenkaichi 3, I am having lags! the whole menu gives about 60 fps but while fighting i get only 24fps. . .. Can anybody guide with what configrations i should play?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

2.10 GHz is weak for pcsx2

use latest svn (see downloads section on main site's homepage and enable MTVU speedhack)

you download the svn version, extract it into your PCsx2 folder, run pcsx2.exe, go to config->speedhacks tab and check the "MTVU hack" box
