[HELP] PCSX2 Not Responding

Hi, Guys

I'm newbie for using this program,
When i try to instal and config with the tutorial i watch from youtube , i got problem , when i try to run the ISO game , the PCSX2 not responding,

this is my Laptop Spec :

- Windows 7 64 bit
- Intel core i3-3110M @2,40GHz
- Ram 4 gb
- Directx X 11
- Intel HD GRAPHIC 4000
- aprrox total memory : 1696 MB

- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
