i figured it out the problem wasn't pathing it was that the iso was registering on the system as a rar so i was breaking it down to the files with in the iso file itself

Bulldozer CPU like yours have really bad STP. Yours as 1200, most games need 1600 or more.

You can try overclocking your CPU if you are comfortable with that. Otherwise you aren't gonna play many games at fullspeed.

NFS U2 won't hit full speed on that chip no matter what the OP does. That game is brutal.

It's a ridiculously demanding game as Nobbs said. There is a reason it's on this list -> http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-LIST-The-...sive-Games

which means even OP rigs would struggle with it.
