HELP PLEASE! PCSX2 version 1.2.1 with slow fps, no menu, no hud...

Hi everyone!

I would like to re-play the Legend of Spyro trilogy for ps2 but probably my plugin configuration of pcsx2 is wrong cause it doesn't show main menu, the hud during the game and both audio and video run really slowly, often with glitches.
Maybe the problem is the plugins/emulator configuration or my old pc but i think that is good enough to play ps2 games...

(windows xp 32bit, 3 gb RAM, 2 Cpu intel da 2.60GHz)

If someone knows hot to solve this, with a complete rebuilt versiion of pcsx2 or a screen of config settings, please help me...

1.2.1 is no longer supported, please upgrade to 1.4.0

Done but it doesn't "see" the spu2-x video plugin in the first configuration

Ok thank you guys! v1.4.0 runs but same problems with fps (audio-video), no menu and no hud...

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
