HELP!!! PNACH/CDVD NOT WORKING

SOS!!! HELP!!! My games work great but I cant get my cheats to work they are in the right place but i can only open them with notepad when i try to open them with the PCSX2 it says " Failed to Initialize CDVD" PLEASE HELP!!!!

Then how does it work??? Do you know what my problem is??? Why i keep getting '' Failed to initiailze CDVD''???

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
