HP5 Weird textures

Hi everyone, 
I'm trying to play Harry Potter 5, everything is running perfectly, no lag, but I have this weird background texture on walls :

But also everytime an object is far, as you can see on the painting and the cup:

It is constant stuttering and it's a pain to watch while playing, can anyone help me ?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

1 - don't use custom internal resolution, use native multipliers
2 - try using ogl renderer
3 - try latest dev build
