HW mode issues

I get these graphical errors. I can live with a slowdown here and there with speed, but id like to know how to fix the weird graphics problems without switching to software.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

oh, this game ?
i think it's still broken and has to be played in sw mode

Something is probably wrong with pcsx2
I am also getting this problem on nvidia gpu and the speed often goes way below 60fps(the EE is often at 100%)

i7-6700HQ and the scaling mores don't affect the speed at all

 Ive watched a streamer I enjoy play this game before on pc with the amped up graphics, it played smoothly. I never got around to asking what emulator he uses.

There is no other emulator and if you were just watching a recorded gameplay(not the desktop),then even if the game was running a 10fps,the video will run as if the game was running at 60fps

Or maybe he used software mode with powerful cpu
