.Hack//Fragment

Hey, ive had some problems with .Hack//Fragment for example
When selecting Online Mode the Screen goes black and doesnt let me Configure it, because a bunch of people I know are trying to get a Server up and Running but this black screen is stopping us from continuing.

Please help me as soon as you can
