Remake the ISO from your disc. You probably get these problems because you downloaded some crappy image from the net.

I already decided not to post what I think since I've gotten in trouble for being too anti-piracy aggressive in the past. I'll just let you guys find it out and watch...

IMG is something I find after opening the CONTENTS of my discs. That's all I know.
