I think using basic mipmap speeds things up in this game. Frame Buffer Conversion has an impact on performance. As for crc hacks i don't think it matters here.

CRC Hacks used to remove the artefacting (at least for me anyway) until the Framebuffer Conversion hack was implemented.

My bad. I fixed that.
Also, as said in my edit, enabling Mipmapping to fast (not default, that was my error) makes the game run at 50 smooth fps
