I just realised that crc of PAL & NTSC versions are exactly same so patch I made for PAL version should work for NTSC version too (you don't even need to rename it).

Download zip file. Extract file inside zip to (My Documents/)PCSX2/cheats. Open PCSX2, go to Config and click on Enable Cheats.
