Have to Start 2wice times?

i am getting very weird error
when ever i try to play the game for the 1st time it got hanged i mean the Beta Px2 then i have to press clt+alt+del to go in task manager and quit it then again when i re run it its starts the game why isnt it start the game on the 1st place any ideas buddies ?
