Before I start here are my specs for my laptop
Intel Quad Core i7-6700HQ 2.6 GHz Processor
8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4GB GDDR5
I first noticed the problem when I started playing Xenosaga Episode I. As I was playing I would go to the menu and then go to the character menu, when I would click on a character, my controller stops working... somewhat. I can zoom in and out with the character, and it looked like the L1 and R1 buttons would work, but wouldn't switch to a different character. Other then that nothing else works (BGM is will still be playing mind you). At first I thought it might be the game, but then I have a similar issue when playing Tales of the Abyss. I get to Cheagle Woods, and when I start a battle I can move my character around and access the menu, but it won't let me fight! This only happens in battles, otherwise outside of battles everything works fine. So I'm really perplexed on whats going on here. I haven't played around with settings at all (except for resolution which is at 3X Native) since I'm still new-ish to emulation. I do have the lilypad.ini to here:
