HW AA 16x is not default setting... as for speed hack move the slider to the center.

My bad, I forgot i had changed the HWAA. Also I moved slider and I'm still getting some slow down.

Did you move both sliders? Try out different settings with those slider, push it to max if you have to. Also, tick mVU Block Hack.
