Now I have updated to 0.9.9.5199 and check the MTVU on Speedhack bar............. the framrate increases to 71 fps.......... but if disable it, it will remain 43fps. What is up with that?
I am thinking it is maybe PAL.

Is there any problem with my PC Specs? cuz i am assuming that AMD is not good for PCSX2 and there are some people playing it with AMD. what is there secrets? what is wrong with mine? anybody can tell?

the staircaise of your PS2 DVD is a box, right ?
just have a look a this box, PAL or NTSC is written on it.
