Having trouble running God of War II

Hey I am currently using PCSX 0.9.6 and i'm having trouble running god of war 2 at 60 fps, it's somehow running at less than 20 fps i might've messed something up in the config. Can anyone guide me through this or tell me what i'm doing wrong? I'm trying to play the game at 60 fps with no green fog in the background.

1920x1080 res
Geforce GTX 980M 8 GB
Intel i7-6820HK (8M Cache, up to 3.6 GHz)
32 GB of RAM
