download the latest development build, that should be fine on there, as long as you aren't using a custom resolution (use scaling of #x Native instead)

Thank you for that suggestion.I chose 1.3.1-20150611094541 (git) for this one. It definitely jumped up from 17-21 to 45-47 fps on that build. I tried putting it into openGL hardware mode. Perfect 60+FPS all it is now is just some missing HUD issues. See screenshot please.

preset 2

Chop/Zero rounding on everything and Normal clamping on everything. Recommended speedhacks enabled.

Only texture filtering is enabled in gsdx.

oh yeh it wasn't there in the original shot either lol. Yeh it's going to be the VU rounding mode most likely or clamping. Unless of course pressing F9 brings the HUD back.

I know F9 Brings it back but my goal here was to get it into hardware mode. I'll give those settings a test and reply back..

I'm in hardware mode and Speedhacks on/off make no difference as I'm running 60 fps solid. EE/IOP VUs Settings suggested earlier are not causing the mini map to show up. I have my guys heading arrow indicator.
