Actually you didn't post the savestate right before the hang but stage before so I thought the hanging part was at different location. Only if you could provide a correct savestate then it can be correctly checked.
Also your savestate is made using older pcsx2. You should try 1.5 dev version and make savestate using that.
Also there is a good chance you haven't even enabled the plugin.
