Hello! Weird Shadow Like-Line That Follows in Some Games?

This isn't the only game I've had it happen in, but I notice there's this strange kind of shadow in some of the games I play that follows me around? What might cause this?

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
AMD RX 580 Series
16 GB of Ram
Windows 10
PCSX 1.4.0

Here's a video of what I'm talking about, it starts to happen around 1:25 but it's easier to see when I'm out of the town around halfway through.

Sorry if this is something really obvious, I'm new to PS2 Emulation, I tried in the past but I didn't have the specs for it.
