Really depends on the game. Don't expect heavy stuff like Shadow of the Colossus to run full speed. Final Fantasy X might work fine on that.
-PC Specs-
AMD Ryzen 3600
16gb DDR4 Corsair 3200mhz
MSI Armor Radeon RX580 8gb
Windows 10 Pro x64

My intel HD 620 struggles with ffx .. even it cannot support full 60 fps all the time in hardware mode.  Software mode.. the processors the intel hd 5500 is the intel 5600u.  That processor, according to passmark is only pushing 1861 stp... I think that processor will struggle a LOT in most games using that igpu (due to the added heat and throttling that it will come with it.. )

Oh I see, I thought FFX would run as it was one of the first games that ran great for me back in 2007-ish.

First processor I was able to get ffx to run full speed on was my 7200u.. and like I said, it struggled.. specifically when people did spells with a lot of particle effects and in fmv.  I found switching between hardware and software worked a charm to keep it above 55.

He'd be right at the cusp of perfectly playable on that processor.. but I was running desktops with beefier cooling before that (I had a 3770 and a 3240 that played it ok.. both higher stp and better cooling to prevent throttling.. they worked though)
