Every time I try to go to play my .iso with pcsx2 it says I need to update direct x. Even though I all ready have the most current direct x. I am trying to play Disgaea: hour of darkness

Computer specs are:
OS: Windows 7 professional 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Dou CPU 2.26GHz
Ram: 4GB
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

My config for pcsx2 is:
Graphics: Gsdx890 (MSVC 15.00, SSSE3) 0.1.14
Controllers: LilyPad 0.9.9
Sound: P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0
Cdvdrom: EFP Iso CDVD DRIVER 0.6.0
USB: USBnull Driver 0.5.0
Dev9: DEV9null driver 0.3.0
Firewire: FWnull Driver 0.4.0
Bios: USA v02.20 counsole

If it says that you don't have it, then you don't have it.
End of story.
Go download the new DirectX Runtime.
