Help!!

Hello.

I'm new to this site and this is my first thread to write so...

I recently downloaded Kingdom Hearts II on my laptop. It works well, but its so slow for me (like 20 ~30 fps and in continuous decreasing)
Is it possible to increase fps to 50~60, and how?

Here's my System Details:-

-Processor: Intel® Core™ Duo CPU T2350 @1.86GHz 1.87GHz
-RAM: 2 GB
-System Type: 32-bit operating system
-Graphics: VIA Chrome9 HC IGP WDDM 1.1
-Memory: 361 MB
Windows 7 Home Basic
