i have tekken 4 but i play with 60 fps but i get lag this looks like if i play with 30 fps 
i am playing on a laptop
my specs 
amd fx7500 4 cores
amd r7 m260dx
8gb ram 
Windows 7 Ultimate

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

you should be good to go with a decent CPu.
This one is far too weak for a game like tekken 4
