When i try to play any game. My cpu clock speed drops from 3.3 ghz to 2.5-2.8 ghz and it makes the game's speed drop. but when i go into the games menu settings it goes back up to 3.3 ghz? I need help. my power mode is set to max performance and everything. How do i make it so the cpu speed doesnt drop?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
