Please help me
I have a Pcsx2 0.9.4 and it works Fine until the game starts then it works like 8 fps, and after a few minutes it stops running and I need to close it.
My computer system is:

Proccesor: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

Memory(RAM): 2047 MB

Get 0.9.6 and start all over. You won't get good speeds with that PC though, only a few games will work at nice speeds.

I can't the 0.9.6 don't work because he has a problem with data Execution and he doesn't allow me to open the data Execution

Right click and run it as administrator or turn off UAC (google how to do that)

I tried and it says I can't turn it off to that program even when i was Administrator

you don't turn off uac for a single program, disable it completely. if you got problems to do that, you're better off searching for help on a windows support forum. btw, with your cpu you won't get playble speeds in pcsx2, anyway.
