Help! CDVD read error andsaves

Hello, I looked around the forums and saw many posts reccomended creating another iso of the game, I did this but I seem to have lost about 30 hours of gameplay on the fixed iso. None of my save states from last night are there. Any ideas as to how I can not lose all of this progress. It's for shin megami tensei nocturne, a very hard and grindy game so it hurts alot to lose that progress.

Another thing I noticed when looking through my file directory is that my save state from the other night is still on my pc. On the corrupter iso it says the slot is empty, on the fresh iso copy is says corrupt or incomplete. On the corrupted version I also saved the normal way. Just trying to find a solution so i dont lose all of that progress.
