You are going to have to run in software mode, but your system is way too slow for any game to be playable.

what graphics card do you have?

if you don't know use the link in my signature, but saddly for you as the others have said your cpu will make trying to use pcsx2 very slow even with speedhacks enabled

Edit: whoa a radeon 9600 pro, somehow i don't think much will happen

maybe it's time to upgrade your pc to a better one Sad
Not sure what graphics card you have, it's memory bandwidth,
it's temperature, fan speed, what pixel shader it has
try TechPowerUp's gpu-z

Not sure what your cpu is try cpu-z

"your system is way too slow for any game to be playable. "

Nonsense. Almost all Nippon Ichi games will be VERY playable. Which is not a bad selection of games, really, if you're into that sort of thing.
Also, some PS2 games have ports to PSP, and PPSSPP is much faster than PCSX2 (granted, ports to PSP generally have lower-res textures and the like).

depends on what you call "playable"

completely irrelevant.
