[ Help ] ISO, Using CD and D-Pad Problem

First, I play Digimon World 4 Using ISO and then I got lagged on my PCSX2, I don't know why, because I configured this PCSX exactly as same as the guide from this forum.

So I decided to buy the DVD, at the beginning is okay, but as the game run so far, it suddenly got "freeze", the screen on my PCSX2 isn't move whatsoever..

And then, when I plugged in my D-Pad, it won't work properly.

Can someone tell me the best method to run the game on the PCSX2 well?
Or is there any configuration to setting the D-pad that won't work?
And can someone tell me what should I do to solve this problems?

Sorry for asking too much help haha, I'm just too exciting when I got this program
