Help! It cant find mah game!

I try to play Sly 2 that i have ripped my self (Using MagicISO to create an iso) But as soon as i try to start the game i get this red screen saying: "Please insert a PlayStation or PlayStation2 format disk."

Also my screen is shivering because of something.

EDIT: Tried fastboot, didnt help.

Okay, Now to Sly 3. Ripped perfectly but it goes down to 15 FPS when not looking at the ground. (Drawing Distance?)

Any suggestions?

Do you get any kind of errors in the console window?

Try making the ISO with ImgBurn instead and make sure you don't mount it anywhere else and just run it directly with the internal ISO loader in PCSX2.

MagicISO has failed me with PS2 rips before. Imgburn FTW.

For the "shivering screen", try cycling through the interlacing options (press F5 while in-game).

No errors, but I will try imgburn. (I think there was something wrong with magiciso since it took 2hours to rip it, and the filesize was less than a standard cd )

I will also try what you said to fix my shivering screen. Setting interlace to Weave tff worked perfectly

Also, Is games in the emulator region-free? Do I need a bios from the country I bought the game? It is, i just tested it

ImgBurn took half an hour... Oh, wait? Read errors? WTF?

PCSX2 settings? plugin settings? What do the EE/GS% numbers in game window say when you get slowdowns?
